Who can apply?
Anyone who wants to set up an Etsy shop or grow an existing one. No prior experience is required.
How long is the program?
Two 90-minute live group lessons a week for 2 weeks (4 lessons in total). Then 30 days of mentoring: you send written questions from your training area and there are 2 group Q&A sessions (60 min each). 8 hours of live sessions; about 6 weeks in total.
What if I miss a lesson?
Lessons are not recorded; they are live and private to participants. Missed lessons are not repeated or replaced with a private lesson. You can send written questions about that lesson's topics from your training area and bring them to the group Q&A sessions.
Is there one-to-one training?
The program runs in small groups. Private one-to-one lessons are not included. Participants can bring questions about their own shop to group sessions and the training area.
How do I pay?
Applying is free. When your application is approved, payment details, the schedule and cancellation/refund terms are shared in writing. Participant access opens once payment is complete.
Does joining guarantee sales?
No. The program does not guarantee sales, income or Etsy account approval.
How does the MockupPanel Plus access work?
The 30-day Plus access included in the program is added once your payment is complete and starts on the first lesson day. There is no automatic renewal or charge when it ends; any existing subscription continues as is.
What if the program is full?
Applications go to the waiting list. When a new group opens, suitable applicants are informed.
Are supplier and manufacturer details covered?
The program covers choosing a Print on Demand manufacturer, evaluating suppliers and order processes.
How is this different from Academy?
Academy offers self-paced lessons and guides (Foundation module free, the full Academy in Studio and higher plans). Community is a paid program with live lessons, hands-on work and mentoring.
